Shipping Policy
Steuben Press uses FedEx Ground to ship all of its product unless otherwise requested by our clients.
After our team has analyzed your files they will prepare an invoice for you based on your final counts and services chosen. On this invoice will be your cost for ground shipping to your location. Given the volume our company ships we receive very competitive daily rates from FedEx and are happy to pass those savings along to you, our valued clients. At the time of shipment you will receive a notification from FedEx so you can track your package’s progress to you.
If you would like rush shipping through FedEx, prefer Media Mail shipping through the United States Post Office, or would like to pick-up your books personally at our location in Colorado, please let us know before your book goes into production.
